Service beyond the call! We were having an issue with a message that kept appearing on our dashboard regarding service. Paul Starnes, one of the service advisors gave us service above and beyond the call of duty, even making a trip to our home to help resolve the issues. We have always had excellent service from Circle BMW with the staff and service people courteous, patient and helpful. The service we got from from Paul was over the top! We highly recommend them and just wish they were a little closer to where we live! More

Was quite fun to watch the vessel on vesselfinder.com leave the German port and travel across the Atlantic and down through Canada. The car came in early on a Saturday AM. Rob was able to rally the Circle BMW team to prep and deliver the car that afternoon. My wife and I came over to see the new car prior to delivery. My wife fell in love with an X5 and took delivery a few days later. Rob, Frank and Barry did a great job with all the details. Rob and the team made us a very happy family. Thank you!! More
