After a not-so-great experience with my previous lease which I got in Florida, I was a bit nervous to go in by myself. Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating and I felt at ease right off the bat, DJ was extremely helpful and got me into a newer, better model with lower payments than my previous rate. They also took care of my remaining payments and I was able to drive off the lot without putting anything down within a few hours. I am very happy with my new car and would highly recommend DJ and the team over at Circle Infiniti to anyone. More

To good to be true? Long story short I've always bough my used cars from private parties but given the economy no g35 coupe were on the market in the condition I wanted, Long story short I've always bough my used cars from private parties but given the economy no g35 coupe were on the market in the condition I wanted, so I expanded my search to new car dealers only. As luck would have it a g35 fitting my criteria popped up at Circle Infinity. I called and spoke to Mark a straight shooting 28 year vet of the car business. The vehicle like any used car, was, well used, but in good shape minus keyed scratch and a number of wear items you would expect at a hard driven but dealer cared for 22000 mi.. This car was a rich boys weekend shore toy.and has been sitting around for a while in the owners garage ( my guess). This dealer took it in trade. This car was bough, serviced and traded in at this dealer so they had the scoop on this coup! With 22000 miles on the odometer Circle Infinity performed a 60,000 service (replaced all fluids ), battery, front breaks and windshield wipers, and took $600 of the asking price( which was already reasonable),so I could get the keyed scratch repaired. Now these services which were done do not cost the dealer much money to do but for me as a consumer it saved hundreds of bucks. My point, this bit of goodwill on the dealers part made a big impression on me and also spoke volumes about the dealers commitment to the customer. What brought me to the dealer however, was the number of positive reviews from customers on various web sites like yelp . google, etc. consumers used such words as truthful/honest, fair, customer driven were noted and I would have to agree. This honest, no high pressure sales approach, was a pleasant surprise from what I was anticipating and I believe a key to their success. Now don't get me wrong this is not a non profit corporation and they made money on my deal but this was a win win for both parties.I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends and to you. This is high praise indeed as I am Scottish middle class and money is dear I research this car to death and had been looking for months until I found this vehicle. Now is it to good to be true ? I would say a qualified NO it NOT to good to be true understanding I've only put 600 miles on it so long term is still well long term . bit as it stands today I could not have asked for a better outcome. Overall Impression of Buying Experience I was very impressed with the buying and delivery experience I had during my recent purchase of a 2014 Q50 Premium. Irwin Lieberman gave me a test dr I was very impressed with the buying and delivery experience I had during my recent purchase of a 2014 Q50 Premium. Irwin Lieberman gave me a test drive of the vehicle a few months earlier and explained the differences between the various Q50 models and this was helpful in my final decision. He explained the differences in great detail and I was aware of the different packages and equipment options after that day. Irwin was patient and took the time to answer my questions and understand what I was looking for. During the negotiation, Irwin was open and honest and the process was relatively quick and painless. He answered our many questions so that we knew exactly what we were getting in the purchase and explained all of the items in the total purchase cost.. The delivery was smooth and uneventful. Irwin was prepared with the documentation and the process flowed well. Irwin went through the delivery checklist efficiently and everything was covered in a timely manner. This is the 6th Infiniti our family has purchased from Circle Infiniti and 4th from Irwin and we are always pleased to work with him. Irwin makes the process less work for the customer and stress free with his knowledge and excellent people skills. Marcus Bowles was the delivery coordinator and he had a lot of ground to cover as this Q50 came with the Technology Package among others. He went through the features and their operation in a logical order and made sure I understood how they worked. Many features had multiple options and controls to operate them and he covered them thoroughly. Marcus explained each feature and was able to answer every question I had and included a demonstration if necessary. He spent the necessary time and I left feeling confident I could operate this complex vehicle safely and properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Circle Infiniti, Irwin and Marcus to anyone with confidence. More

Andy was incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. He did everything he could to give me the absolute best price and ensured I was happy with everything. He was very thorough in explaining all aspects of the deal- which was amazing considering it is my first lease. When I came to pick up the car the following day, Kevin took his time to walk me through features of the car to make sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership. Overall, I am completely satisfied and happy I did business with Infiniti. Andy was awesome and I would do business with him again. More
