In short order our salesperson DJ Johnson convinced us that this was a great car and we decided to purchase it after receiving a very good price. Although the Q70 is in short supply Circle Infiniti was able to locate one in the color we wanted with the package we wanted. The pleasant experience continued when we went to pick up our new car. Marcus Bowles did a great job of explaining the techno stuff - everything from nav system to phone sync, key settings, etc. Sherry Horelick explained the various warranty options extremely well. Brian Conway whisked us through the financials. Lastly, thanks to Tony Marino for passing on a great price via DJ Johnson. Thanks DJ and team for a great car and a hassle free experience. The vehicle was completed in a timely manner, sparkling clean and at a fair price. The waiting area was nicely serviced with refreshments, reading material and cable and internet service. The service writer kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle maintenance visit, even though it was not a long wait. I feel confident in the service and staff and highly recommend this dealership and personnel for anyone's automobile needs. More
Service Visit I took my car in for normal maintenance on April 15th. I was immediately greeted by John who is always so professional and pleasant. He takes the time to talk and find out if everthing is going ok with the car. He is very personable and shows a very genuine interest in his customers. While I was in John's office, Pam came in to say hello. I always feels like I am held in high regard when visiting Circle Infiniti. A week after my visit, my car suffered a computer malfunction which caused the engine not to shut off. I called and spoke to John who told me to bring the car in and they would take care of me. I was given a beautiful new loaner car that I had for 3 days while my car was being fixed. During that time John would call me with updates. John and Pam provide the highest level of customer service and because of them, I will only buy cars at Circle Infiniti. More

excellent process Just recently purchased a brand new Infiniti coupe, a vehicle that I have wanted since it first came out in 2008. I knew my next purchase would be a Just recently purchased a brand new Infiniti coupe, a vehicle that I have wanted since it first came out in 2008. I knew my next purchase would be a coupe and really wanted to do business with Circle. For one, this is a place that I had worked in the past, so the process was a little bit more laid back then normal, as John and I were coworkers at one point, and are friends outside of work. I have known Tony since I was a kid, so I was very comfortable with the process. From working there I knew that the service department was excellent and always busy, which is always a good thing to see in any business. I had an unfortunate situation arise with some damage on my car while parked at a store by my home, Ann was prompt on helping me out and showing me amazing service, I hope she doesn't go anywhere as I plan to coordinate all of my Infiniti service with her and hope to have a outstanding relationship with the dealership as this lease will most likely be the first of many. I want to say thanks to John, Tony, and Brian for putting up with me, and thanks to Ann. Ed, don't make any changes in your New Car Department, definitely top notch!. More

Excellent Service at Circle Infiniti I had purchased my last two Infinitis (2005 G35x and 2011 G37X) from Ray Catena Infiniti. I was in the market to purchase two more Infinitis (Q50 an I had purchased my last two Infinitis (2005 G35x and 2011 G37X) from Ray Catena Infiniti. I was in the market to purchase two more Infinitis (Q50 and QX60) during the third week of March. I intended to purchase both from Ray Catena Infiniti because I was pleased with the prior service that they had provided. Unfortunately, when I came in one Friday night to work out deals for both cars, the salesperson and sales manager turned me away. The reason that I was given for being turned away was that because I had arrived at 7 p.m they did not have time to work out the deals or give me a test drive because they close at 8 p.m. They told me to come back the next day. I explained that because of my busy work schedule I was only free to work out deals that night. I also asked them if they could make an exception since I was going to buy two cars. They said absolutely not. I begged and pleaded but they told me that there was nothing that they could do and they would not keep the dealership open to work out the deals with me. I was pretty shocked that they would turn away a customer, especially a customer who was looking to purchase two cars. Fortunately, DJ Johnson from Circle Infiniti was more than willing to help me out when I called him to explain how I was turned away by Ray Catena when I was looking to purchase two automobiles. He was more than willing to work with me at their dealership at anytime that I was available and he didn't mind that whether it was way after closing time be it on a Sunday or after midnight. He gave me his personal cell phone number and made himself available 24-7 to answer my questions and work out deals with me. He answered all my questions promptly regardless of what time I called, whether it was 1 A.M., 6 A.M, 11 P.M. or on a Sunday night, etc. He did a great job recovering Ray Catena's massive fumble and running it in for a touchdown. I will recommend Circle Infiniti and DJ Johnson to anyone in the market for a luxury automobile. More
