I bought an Infiniti from Circle Infiniti and in the past 12 months it has been riddled with problems that were (1) not identified at the initial visit requiring additional visits and inconvenience; (2) work 12 months it has been riddled with problems that were (1) not identified at the initial visit requiring additional visits and inconvenience; (2) work, when done, is never done promptly and required an overnight stay of the car ; (3) service has been so bad with so many issues much of the work has been done either at a deeply discounted level or free but that does not make up for an expensive car that is spending significant time in a service shop (4) excuses are continually given as to why there is an issue-- usually that it only has 50,000 miles. I will definitely not replace my Infiniti with another Infiniti. More

I leased a g37x sedan from circle recently. My sales consultant Don Lotano was extraordinary. He made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I've been servicing my Infiniti at this dealership since I purchased the car in 2006. My service rep has always been Todd Rovinsky and I make sure he is available whenever I bring the car in for serv since I purchased the car in 2006.
