In February we bought our Ram 1500 & had excellent service from Zach, so we knew we wouldn't go anywhere else when contemplating updating our second vehicle. We went in & asked for Zach, but unfortun service from Zach, so we knew we wouldn't go anywhere else when contemplating updating our second vehicle. We went in & asked for Zach, but unfortunately it was his day off. I thought that was a sign that we should come back another day, but I'm glad we didn't & met Alejandra (Ali for short). She was just as nice, professional & honest as Zach is. We got the same friendly service which is a comfort when dealing with such large purchases. We are very happy with our experiences there! More
