I would have given 5 stars, but my hood was not fully latched and drove 20 miles on hwy 30 at 60mph not knowing it could have come open at any moment. Garett had my car in for an oil change, engine air filter, tire rotation and general maintenance inspection. During the inspection the technician discovered I needed a new drive belt. I then was contacted by phone saying I had been approved for service several days later from a different person. Finally, I was contacted to tell me a technician was ready to head for my home address to do the service I had requested - I told that person that I had an appointment at the dealer on Thursday at 2:30pm and not to send anyone to my house. After all that confusion, our service went fine. I just wouldn't schedule on-line again. More
