After an awful experience at another dealership and historically bad experiences with dealerships in general we were so pleasantly surprised with City Ford and eapecially our salesman Zach. After an online inquiry Zach called us in minutes. He checked that the truck we were interested in was there and available and had it waiting for us to look at and test drive when we arrived. He was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. After being jerked around at a different dealership he made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We walked away with a new truck and plans to come back when is time for a new car. 10 out of 10 we will be taking everyone to go see them. More

Ms Kylee Finch, Your personality is one of a kind.
