Had a basic service on my Mustang, overall inspection reported that my rear brakes were at about half life. They couldn't inspect some suspension concerns that Saturday so I decided to go with another sh reported that my rear brakes were at about half life. And my rear brake pads were gone, was lucky that i didn't damage the caliper. Likely wont be back More

They diagnosed a leak for me in my A/C system, it was a slow leak and I could get the A/C to work intermittently. Offered two potential options to fix, I chose the more affordable option to try to repair d slow leak and I could get the A/C to work intermittently. Offered two potential options to fix, I chose the more affordable option to try to repair due to not wanting to spend a large sum to fix this while trying to make other large purchases. While attempting to fix it, they broke one of the fittings, which I admit, looks corroded and appears to be an honest mistake. Once this happened, the only other repair option presented was the expensive one, which I had previously declined. What disappointed me most is that when I got there to pick up my vehicle (that now has no A/C), they tried to charge me for parts that they did not use, and a diagnostic fee. I had to ask about the part fee, otherwise they would have charged me for that. I would think that maybe the diagnostic fee would have been taken off too, since I am now in a worse state, but no dice. More
