Had to have my 2026 kick towed. Jacob advised it sounded like an auxiliary problem and could be the battery. The services were good and fast, but Emmanuel made me wait two times. First, I was waiting for him to do the Uber service for me to go home. He knew from the first moment that I spoke with him that I was wait two times. First, I was waiting for him to do the Uber service for me to go home. He knew from the first moment that I spoke with him that I was requesting a ride. But he was talking with his peers while I was waiting. Wasn't until 10 minutes later that I remind him I needed a ride, that he called after. He needed to cancel the ride after all because the services were fast. Then when I needed to pay, he kept talking with his peers while I was waiting to take my car. He gave me my car 30 minutes after was done. He also didn't discuss three points that were on yellow areas on the check. And one of those is the transmission. I was very disappointed. More
