I truly appreciate Daniel's honesty and expertise. I also appreciated Rudy giving me a quick, cursory estimate for potential trade-in value. I'm not ready yet but it was nice to see some numbers. Plus everyone is very welcoming and the waiting area is comfortable and clean. Love all of the coffee/hot chocolate options, too! Fun! More

Not 5 stars because they did not tell me my battery was old and should be replaced. I found that out a week later when my car had to be jumped. That’s a miss.
