Daniel was incredibly nice, helpful, informative, and not pushy. Don’t expect to go into this particular dealership and haggle extensively, but when the dealership did a bit of a bait-and-switch in terms of pushy. Don’t expect to go into this particular dealership and haggle extensively, but when the dealership did a bit of a bait-and-switch in terms of an out-the-door offer on me that I got prior to a price reduction on the vehicle, Daniel worked with me to get as much of that discount as possible taken off my quote. He was super patient waiting for my independent mechanic to show up, and more than happy to talk to the dealer mechanics about the price of possible repairs, along with making sure any issues my mechanic found were fixed prior to the sale. Overall very friendly and helpful guy, by far the most pleasant of the few experiences I’ve had with car salesmen in Chicago. More
