While doing an online search for a used car I saw a good deal on a Subaru Tribeca at City Volkswagen of Chicago. I called to see if the car was available and I was informed that it was, indeed, in stock. deal on a Subaru Tribeca at City Volkswagen of Chicago. I called to see if the car was available and I was informed that it was, indeed, in stock. However, the vehicle was still in the process of being inspected and having a tire rod replaced. I was told that we could still see the car, so we drove about an hour in rush hour traffic to take a look. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a wonderful sales rep, RAY COTTO. Ray was warm and welcoming and showed us the car, which was in the final stages of inspection. We were soon on the road taking the vehicle for a test drive. Ray answered all of our questions and assured us that the car was in top working order. We agreed to purchase the automobile, with our trade in, and the process was smooth and painless. Ray is a very engaging gentleman with an effervescent personality and a true asset to the dealership. I would highly recommend Ray to anybody that is interested in buying a car from this dealership.
