This was our second new car purchase. Our first experience was awful, so we were very apprehensive about going through the process again. Given that my wife is high risk during the pandemic, Eddie and Dan worked with us so that the entire buying process could be done remotely. Eddie hustled to get us the vehicle we wanted even when they initially couldn't find the color we wanted within a 125 mile radius! His enthusiasm is inspiring. Throughout the entire experience we never once felt pressured. Even during our discussions with Ernie regarding financing - he confirmed the numbers we discussed with sales and simply asked if we were interested in hearing about GAP insurance, credit life, etc. We said no thank you and there was no further argument.
