My wife and I were talking about buying a car while living in the city, so we started doing some research on what we would like. From the time I called the dealership to make an appointment with Erick to see the car we liked, when got to the dealership, and the rest of the process, Alex made it all a wonderful experience for us. The good news is that we bought the car we went for, we love it and it is running smoothly (of course we are not putting too much mileage on it).
