Despite being the last day of the month, neither JP nor the sales manager I spoke with were pushy at all. They gave me a short pitch. I told them I was still looking around, and they totally understood my situation. When the finance offers hit in April, I broadened my search to Passat TDI models. The first place I looked was CIty VW because of the prior experience I had. I called and asked for JP, set up an appointment for Saturday morning, and by lunch I was driving away with my new (to me) 2014 Passat TDI. Great overall experience. I feel like they treat customers well and talk to you like a human being instead of a number for their books. I will definitely consider City VW for my service needs, as well as my next car purchase. Great customer service JP Scala was great with showing us a car for our daughter and worked on the price to our satisfaction. Wanted a few things fixed on the car and didn't even blink an eye at it and agreed to have it fixed. When we decided to buy the vehicle finance was really busy and arranged for us to come in couple days later and Mark Benne had all the paperwork ready and got us out of their quick. The fixes for the car were not complete so JP said he would deliver it the next day to our home which he did and was great. All around good experience and love that is not the usual high pressure sell you see at so many other dealers. Would come back again. More
