He is the only one who will be straight up with you. He is very helpful and very truthful unlike most salesmen. Other staff members/management at this dealership came off to me as just wanting to make a deal as quickly as possible while throwing in lies and hidden fees. Once the deal was made the finance guy had hidden fees on paperwork that weren’t disclosed to me prior to purchase so watch out for that. Had to void out of contract until he changed it. Anyway, go here and deal with just Ernie and you won’t be disappointed. He still answers promptly and accurately to any questions I have to this day and I bought my car 2 months ago. The business should consider bumping him into a management position. More
