She knew what we wanted—she took us to storage lot to pick it out and it was pretty much a done deal. Aside from long paperwork (which is expected) Laura was awesome to work with. I have a beautiful new Beetle Final Edition SEL - this car is so beautiful. Having heard a couple of weeks ago that VW was discontinuing the Beetle (and always wanting one) I knew the time was now. I reached out to Dan Brasil at City Volkswagen, who then put me in touch with John Gordon. Those guys could not have been more awesome. Our search for a Beetle was EXHAUSTIVE; models and colors (across state lines) are extremely limited at this point. Although not the color/model I originally came in looking for, this car is even BETTER. Aside from the car itself (including a great warranty, excellent finance rates, etc.), the patience and tenacity John and Dan showed in helping to educate me, locate a car, deliver the car from out of state, etc., was EXCEPTIONAL and very much appreciated - I asked A LOT of questions ; ) Two words: Customer Service - clearly paramount at City Volkswagen. My interactions with Mark Benne in finance likewise included the same level of attention to detail, patience, competence and courtesy. These intangibles affect whether I, personally, will patronize an establishment... or not.
