Terrible customer service Horrible customer service. It takes two days to get one email response from their internet department. When I did receive a response, my question was Horrible customer service. It takes two days to get one email response from their internet department. When I did receive a response, my question was clearly disregarded even when providing a stock number for that particular vehicle. I’ve been actively looking for a used vehicle and was interested in a few options they have. I live quite a distance away from their location so I asked if there was room to talk price before we made a long drive out there. I had spoken to a sales manager twice regarding price negotiation and he proceeded to tell me that their vehicles are selling fast and won’t provide me incentive to make the trip out to buy a car.
