Above and Beyond Experience at the Autobarn City VW I absolutely love my Tiguan VW that was purchased at the Autobarn through JP. From the second we walked in JP couldn’t have been more accommodating, s I absolutely love my Tiguan VW that was purchased at the Autobarn through JP. From the second we walked in JP couldn’t have been more accommodating, spending hours answering questions, helping me decide which model was best suited for me and deciding on the color. We never felt rushed or any pressure to make a decision quickly. JP really took the time to explain everything to us. He even came in on his day off to get me my car ASAP from another dealership so my family wouldn’t have to keep paying for a rental. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership and especially to JP due to his patience and knowledge! Great experience I absolutely hate the normal car buying experience I’ve been buying new and used cars for 20 years and by far the easiest and quickest I’ve had. Looked at the car on a Thursday came back on Saturday to purchase they had everything ready for me like I asked so I could get in and out and went way above and beyond for me. I would tell a friend or family member to go here and I would definitely buy another here when it’s time again thanks for the great car and not making it a many hour experience More

Overall, we found this specific car shopping experience to be low-pressure (from the dealer side, although obviously they were looking to close the sale) and I recommend the Autobarn to others. More
