He was loured by other dealerships to buy a car with payments that he can not afford. Trying to convince him out of bad deals, I saw a car in Autobarn City VW which was better deal for him. We went there and met with Dagma who was very very professional, nice to deal with, well spoken and very good driver :). She was not pushy like other sales people, she works with you to understand your needs and what you can afford which is nice. We could not close the deal with her that night because banks where closed, but next day she stayed in touch with us ( on her day off) . We purchased vehicle with great price and great warranty. I can not say enough about Dagma and buying experience at this place. Day or two after purchase, she followed up with my friend to see if he like vehicle. I do not leave reviews online and for while I have been thinking this place and Dagma deserves 5 star. I hope she is still there, to make car buying experience seamless. Thank you More

The way car buying should be! From my initial inquiry on a 2018 GTI, Sales Manager Richard and salesman JP answered all of my questions and quickly sent requested supporting docs. From my initial inquiry on a 2018 GTI, Sales Manager Richard and salesman JP answered all of my questions and quickly sent requested supporting docs. They were both great to deal with so I stopped in for a test drive. As we went, JP explained the dual clutch, dynamic chassis control, etc. Back in the office, there was no high pressure sales pitch, just a friendly conversation with JP and Sales Manager Dan about my target price. I left without the car, intent to look at other options, but a few days later GM Anthony followed up thanking me for visiting and asking if there was anything he could do. A bit of email negotiating followed and we agreed on a deal I think is fair. The entire process left me feeling great about the dealership and everyone I dealt with, so hopefully service goes just as well! I picked up the car about an hour before close and Malcolm facilitated the handover and explained the basics & tech features. He also followed up the next day with answers to additional questions I had. Truly a first class experience and so different from other local dealers I've dealt with over the years. I highly recommend JP and the team at City VW. More
