Terrence was very accommodating and immediately offered to look into the problem even though it was almost 5 pm. I had run over a nail and the tire needed to be replaced. His attention to the situation was excellent; he looked up that the tire still had a little warranty on it and was able to order a new tire quickly so I was back in within 48 hrs and could have the tire replaced. On the day of replacement, I again had Terrance help me. He is very positive and a pleasure to work with. More

Always a Great Experience Took my car in for regular maintenance and take care of a Low Coolant sensor issue. As always the crew in VW service department are always ready to assist. Brandon is who I have worked with in the past and remembers me everytime I come in. Brandon as well helped me out this time. It turned out my car had a other issues that were detected and Brandon was right on it in getting it covered under my warranty. He was successful in getting majority of the repairs covered and kept me posted through the whole time my car was getting repaired since it is a process when the parts have to be covered under the extended warranty. Overall, I couldn't be more happier that my car was repaired and Brandon was so helpful during the whole time. I always appreciate his professionalism and great customer service.
