About as bad as it can get Apparently the recent poor performance by the Volkswagen global enterprise and diminution of its brand has not resulted in improved customer care and Apparently the recent poor performance by the Volkswagen global enterprise and diminution of its brand has not resulted in improved customer care and service. I can only comment on the shoddy treatment I have received at Autobarn Evanston, For what this outfit charges for service and repairs, one would hope that they stand by their products and service especially when the work they've done may contribute to future breakdowns. They steadfastly refuse to even consider that it might be their responsibility. Calling the service care hotline also resulted in a dead end. Their new motto should be "Our hands are tied." More

The manager greeted me with a hand shake and introduced Yoram as my salesman. I told him exactly what I was looking for and 2 hours later I could’ve been driving off the lot with my desired car.
