My husband and I traded our VW Eos and purchased our Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in April of 2017. Our experience was amazing. Friendly customer service, no games, no gimmicks, straight shooters. I appreciate that. Buying a car can be a very long and boring process, I'm sure, but thankfully that was not our experience with Rick, Konrad, and Robert. Excellent experience with Patrick and his team Patrick not only knows everything about VW's, but he takes the time to help figure out what kind of car you really need. He was patient as we went through every step of the process, and genuinely cared about my experience with his team. I wasn't sure which car I was going to buy; Patrick showed me some used cars and we test drove the VW I ultimately purchased. There was a minor hiccup when I picked up my new car, but Patrick and Narcis assured me that all would be taken care of. So, to sum it up: they know their cars, they care, they work to get you a good deal. More

Knowledgeable and Quick Patrick McDonald is so knowledgeable about the Volkswagen brand. He is well versed in the vehicles he sells.
