Come to find out we could purchase a low-mileage used Tiguan that had many more of the features we wanted and at a comparable price to what other makers were offering. Very glad we chose to go the Tiguan direction - the 2015 we chose is a remarkable vehicle with beautiful styling, high technology/comfort, and product dependability that will give us many years of service. An excellent first-time car buying experience My girlfriend and I were interested in test driving some used VWs in the Chicago area and found the Autobarn's website an extremely helpful resource f My girlfriend and I were interested in test driving some used VWs in the Chicago area and found the Autobarn's website an extremely helpful resource for getting an idea of price ranges and options on the models we were interested in. When we visited the Autobarn in person, Matt was extremely helpful in narrowing down available options that met the requirements we were looking for, and gave us an in depth overview of the vehicle as we went for our test drive. Though we hadn't planned on buying anything that day, we fell in love with a 2012 Tiguan they had on the lot that had all of the features we were looking for. Matt and Danny worked with us to get to a monthly payment that was within our budget and helped to fully explain all of our warranty and financing options. As first time car buyers, we can't thank them enough for their friendly and forthcoming demeanor, they made something we had both been very apprehensive about in to a fun and exciting experience.
