He listened and found me what I needed for the amount I could afford no haggle no convincing to take a car note! Took it in a couple days ago for minor repair normal wear and tear, 1. I was not oversold ; Justin recommended what other work needed to be done. 2. loaner was available and I was in and out (even though we had an ice storm) . 3. Called and re confirmed everything before completing repairs. AND THEN MY BALANCE WAS LOWER THAN INITIALLY QUTOED!!!!!!!! I have never walked into a service dept and walked out with no additional problems! LOVE THIS PLACE AND THSR GUYS! since then I've sent 3 people within a year who all purchased and are loving the VDUB EXPERIENCE!!!! More

When I called for an appointment I told the service department that I would leave the car. When I arrived to drop it off, Elaina gave me a reasonable estimate of how long it would take to do a full diagnosis. When she called me, she summarized the complete report, and helped me prioritize the repairs. She also arranged for me to talk with the examining mechanic when I picked up the car, so all my questions could be answered. It is attentive service like this that keeps me coming back to Autobarn in Evanston. More

So far I've had no Issues with my car and I'm in love with it (Jetta SE). He even made sure that I got the exterior and interior colors it wanted and as an added bonus I got Bluetooth! Your technician told me that you use special oil imported from Germany that last 10,000 miles???, but you use only domestic Casstrol ......... ouch... That will put you on the bottom line of my future services. Last time I was in service technician say to me that my air filter is worn and this tame is good.Last time my tires are excellent and now 2 are fair and one is worn Car has only 34,000 miles. and one new tire. They suggested 600 dollars to replace 3 tires + labor rotating????? My service to change oil ,filter an rotate tires plus one bulb was changed cost me $ 140.00 Expensive Very Unhappy And on the end none bring my car back. I have to go myself . More
