Jesse provided exceptional service during my purchase. He was considerate of my needs and not his sales agenda. The vehicle that I was interested in had interest by other potential customers. He kept me informed of the possibility that I may not have an opportunity to test drive the vehicle if the previous test driver wanted to purchase the vehicle and that I could look at other vehicles if I wanted to. He also show me some different cars in their inventory. There was about an hour waiting time to determine if a deal would be made by someone else. During this time Jesse kept my wife and I connected to the whole sales process by asking about our needs for a vehicle. Needless to say the previous test driver did not buy the vehicle and I was able to do so. I was pleased at having the opportunity to deal with Jesse during the sales process which I normally detest. I went to the Autobarn in search of a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta that I found on Cars.com. I first call to verify if the vehicle is still in stock. I was transferred to a sales rep that did not make me feel welcomed & was a little hesitant to go to the dealership, but since I was very interested in this vehicle I decided to go. I was welcomed right away by Jesse Fowler who institantly made me feel at ease & ready to help me. However, he did say I had to see the original sales rep that I spoke to over the phone, which made me see that he had good worksmanship. He was eventually the sales rep that ended up assisting me. Which I was very happy because at the end of the day he really helped me. I can admit that my credit was not in great shape but Jesse Fowler patiently worked out a deal that I could manage within my budget & was satisfied to say yes on the purchase of the car. For a long day of me being there it was an excellent long stay. I would definately recommend this dealer, THE AUTOBARN OF EVANSTON & Thank you for allowing me to Drive out with my new car. BTW their waiting room are awesome. You would not get bored! More

My wife and myself dropped by early in the morining a bit before business hour on Saturday. We normally only see "$$$" marks on sales people's eyes, but Jesse was different. We thought his priority was to let the customer ejoy shopping. We were treated very well with respect as customers. We would recommend people to visit him when they need a car and if they want to experience sincere treatment. We ended up buying a car a bit in excess of our budget, but I am sure we can expect more good experience going forward recieving periodic service from this dealer. More

I was in search of a Volkswagon Tiguan. I had seen the Autobarn of Evanston just by being in the area. I decided to stop in to look on their lot to see what they had. I fell instantly in love with the car. He than proceed to get financing for me. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I left there in my "new" 2009 Tiguan and have loved every minute I've had it. I had narrowed my car search to three, two not being VW and was really impressed with the conversations I had with Bojan and his passion for the brand.
