Helped me to assess without a smidgen of B.S. ! From the time I walked into Cityworld Hyundai to the time I drove out with a new car, this experience was absolutely fantastic! My sales rep was Claudia who I highly recommend as she was very patient throughout the buying process while taking time to explain everything about the car. There was a total lack of undue pressure to make a purchase which was one of the factors that set Cityworld Hyundai apart from other dealerships. Isaac was also a pleasure to work with and was more than willing to negotiate a fair price that satisfied all involved. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this branch of Hyundai to anyone interested in making a purchase! More

Buyer Beware! !! I Had scheduled appointment, traveled 83 miles to meet sales Assoc. This Sales Associate DID NOT show up!! Nor informed me that he would not be ab !! I Had scheduled appointment, traveled 83 miles to meet sales Assoc. This Sales Associate DID NOT show up!! Nor informed me that he would not be able to meet with my wife and I. What ensued was surreal. The Front Desk Associate who was pleasant and inviting, hurriedly scrambled for a Sales Associate to no avail. We were then pushed off to "General Manager" Mr. Issac Negrette. Mr. Negrette was Dismissive, Disinterested, unapologetic for our long commute and actually appeared bothered! Friendliness of Office Associates/greeters notwithstanding, the general atmosphere of this dealership is one of disinterest and disconnectedness. However, I must state in fairness, that one Sales Associate (Mr. Burnside) at our initial visit, was courteous, receptive and knowledgeable. However calls to Mr. Burnside was not returned. Efforts were made to contact the Hyundai Owner/Proprietor, but not surprisingly he was not available with little hope of any inquiry regarding our "sales experience". As result of what may be best described as apathetic customer service, my wife and I moved on to other network of Hyundai dealers and are reviewing other offers. Be cautious of this dealer! Liars , lots of stories , lots of bs I went in to city world hyundai around the first week of June to price a car . I dealt with a sales man named Kareem burnside he didn't know ANYTHING I went in to city world hyundai around the first week of June to price a car . I dealt with a sales man named Kareem burnside he didn't know ANYTHING every question I asked he had to go ask someone else I asked for a out the door price and he gave it to me in writing . I told him I would shop around first he tried to get me to put down on the car. I left I came back the 17th of June and when I seen him he asked if I was getting the car I said yes provided that he would give it to me for the price he wrote . He was dealing with customers so I waited I told the receptionist about how I came from potamkin hyundai and they told me not to do business with them that they were scam artists she told the manager named tommy about it and he called me into the office he said that jack that works for potamkin had worked there 3 times and he was fired and rehired and couldn't get the job done and that he was going to give me the best price and it was going to be no games (I had an experience at potamkin I will review it under them) so when someone else came out I don't remember his name with the price it was almost 3000 more for the same exact car I was priced at I showed him the price in writing and tommy came out and started yelling at Kareem saying they couldn't give me the car for that price and whose pay check was it coming out of ofcourse everyone stood quite. So after all that and about 2 hours later they gave me another price about 1700 more and I did the paper work I was told the car would be there in two days the 19th so I go get the car insured cause they gave me the vin number and waited I called the 19th towards the end of the day because no one called me and the receptionist did not transfer me to Kareem instead told me that the manager said not to call that they would call Saturday. So Saturday comes and Kareem tells me that it would not be here until Monday or Tuesday I was furious . I looked up the car online and seen it was at a dealership in MA I called them and asked if the car was in there possession they said no that they sold it to another dealership in MA I called them and asked the if the car was there they said yes . I asked them if this was a common thing and he said sometimes dealers swap cars for the ones they need which is fine but city world never requested the vehicle. So Monday comes and Kareem is not picking up my calls I'm calling him on his cell then I call him private and he asks me why I'm calling him private he tells me he'll call me back he's going to find out what's going on when he finally calls me back he tells me it will be there tomorrow trying to rush me off the phone . I tell him that I called the dealership that had the actual car that they had never request the car he tells me well your not getting that car your getting a different car I tell him well I insured THAT car and the bank of which I financed has THAT cars information he told me not to worry about it a car would be available tomorrow. Tuesday comes all day no word from city world hyundai I call Kareem and right away he says I'll call you back in 2 minutes that's what he always did. I told him no I want a refund of my down payment and to cancel it and he said why I told him because your not giving me the car we signed an agreement for he said I have to call in the morning for a refund so today (Wednesday) I called told the receptionist I needed my down payment she asked for my credit card number and put me on hold someone came on and was like you want your down payment back I said excuse me who is this he said Chris I said Chris what's your last name and he sounded like he made it up was like ummmm Robinson ok well how long will it take he said Fridays they do it I said but it was on a credit card he said the person that does it , does it only on Fridays and it would take 3/4 business days from Friday . The waiting games begin lets see how long this takes. DONT GO THERE! More
