I felt there was a safety issue involved, and Claudio listened, and addressed my concerns with a professional attitude. I never got the feeling he was rushing. He had two wonderful, equally caring employees. Dimas and Alfredo, look at the issue, and it was resolved in a few minutes! I'd also like to give a shout-out to Francesca who answers the phones. She was just as lovely to work with, caring, and clearly not just going though the motions. Bravo to all of you, Claudio, Dimas, Alfredo, and Francesca! More

When you go to City World Hyundai ask for MIKE!!! Let me tell you just how thoughtful, understanding, and easy that this whole process was for me! Especially given the current COVID situation. First, Let me tell you just how thoughtful, understanding, and easy that this whole process was for me! Especially given the current COVID situation. First, I had the best person to work with Mike Sciortino was fantastic! He listened and was extremely resourceful. Although this was not my first time purchasing/leasing a car, Mike and I communicated through email and text. When I found my car on the website's inventory list and texted him the car's VIN#, Mike brought the car to me to test drive. I shared with Mike I was nervous to go back to the dealership during the current social distancing and Mike understood. We continued our work through email/phone/text. He made the process so incredibly easy. This is my first Hyundai and with the experience I've had I hope will not be my last!! Thank you Mike from the bottom of our hearts and for going above and beyond to make this all happen for us. I can't wait to come in for our regular maintenance appointment and see you again.
