Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in City World Hyundai for a specific car a white COP 2017 Tucson Sport. He brought the car out and we took it for a test drive, the car was not up to my stan World Hyundai for a specific car a white COP 2017 Tucson Sport. He brought the car out and we took it for a test drive, the car was not up to my standards condition wise. Immediately Brian could tell I wasn’t feeling the car. As I was thanking him for his time, he asked me why that car specific I told him I wanted the Sport Edition I like the Keyless engine with a budget. I told him I saw online they had a Silver one also but I didn’t want it Bc it wasn’t CPO(certified pre own) he went above and beyond and ask me to give him a moment he took a look at the car and said it can be certified and he did it! .... He also help keep my little niece entertained by getting her a coloring book while the grown ups did business. Thanks for the help! He introduce me to Tony the finance and he was great also. Very transparent and detailed. Even the suggestions he gave were very helpful. More
