Dissatisfying The lack of professionalism was shocking. I leased a 2019 Sonata, did not have the opportunity to test drive. No communication among staff. Purchased my first vehicle! I had a lease which I acquired last year for a Hyundai Tucson 2018 Sport. I set up an appointment over the phone with Stephany and then visited Cityw I had a lease which I acquired last year for a Hyundai Tucson 2018 Sport. I set up an appointment over the phone with Stephany and then visited Cityworld Hyundai location to just have information about a lease buy-out. I was impressed by the great level of customer service offered by both Diana Almonte (sales rep) and Tony Kim (finance manager). Diana waited for me outside and found me a parking spot, answered all of my questions in a very nice and professional way, I never felt she was xxxxx on the sale of anything similar; she was just listening and asking questions to identify my needs which she did. At an incredible pace they process my information and I was able to buy the lease in no time. I went there just for info but ended up making the deal. They do such a great work there. Tony was very professional and nice as well. He has excellent managing skills. Other than feeling nervous, bored or tired I felt in a friendly inviroment. Everyone should visit this location. I am happy to share my great experience with friends and relatives so they can visit, too. No matter what your credit score is, here at this location they will find a great deal with wonderful payment plans. I am impressed with what I am paying. I will get a car for my wife here as well!!! As a result we were very confident with our final decision. He expended himself even post sale to assist with enrollment and activation of Blue Link which we was giving us some difficulty. We weren’t surprised by his professionalism as we are repeat customers of his. When the time came to get a new car we called to make sure he was available. He made our new purchase an enjoyable experience. More
