Within literally 20 minutes I went from a mere promise to a friend to test-drive a Subaru to - "that's the car," "I want it in Silver", and least likely of all "this is what I want for my trade in"...blamo - Glen took care of the rest. I sailed out of the dealership thinking, "Did that really just happen?" Then I left town the next day for a 9 day vacation and returned to the car of my dreams, with everything taken care of. Registered, inspected, full tank, hatch back tray liner, radio and bluetooth and Pandora all configured to my phone and preferences. Best part of it all is that I'm in love with my Impreza Sport!
