Easily the best and most hassle-free buying experience Last Friday my husband and I walked into Cityside Suburu and were lucky enough to work with Tom DAlessandro. Tom happened to be extremely busy on the Last Friday my husband and I walked into Cityside Suburu and were lucky enough to work with Tom DAlessandro. Tom happened to be extremely busy on the day we walked on, but he easily multi-tasked, managing the customer calls that came in while walking us through our financing options. [Side note: Big props to Pete for keeping me entertained discussing food/restaurants!] Most customers likely come into a car dealership on the defense, but Tom has a rare combination of being genuinely likeable/down-to-earth and having a wide breadth of knowledge about Suburu's products/financing options. Self-admittedly, Tom loves his job, which is an asset to both Suburu and his customers. When we came in to pick up the car on Monday, we went over financing/warranty options with John Melvin. Like Tom, John was super friendly and clearly enjoys what he does. He thoroughly explained all options and gave us some great recommendations. We felt comfortable and like we were fully informed when purchasing our Forester, and we'd highly recommend Tom and Cityside Suburu. More
