We recently purchased our first Subaru (a Forrester which is an absolute joy to drive) from Peter Rosenberg. I really appreciated Dan's honesty. At the end of the day we left the dealership with a quote for Subaru Impreza premium with AWP and Nav. We were about to seal the deal but heard about the COSTCO subaru program. Unfortunately, Cityside subaru does not participate in this program and we closed a deal with Metrowest Subaru. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience. They were not pushy and were honest and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would go back in the future to purchase a car. More

Just bought a 2012 Impreza from Cityside after shopping around a lot. Never felt any pressure and the staff was very knowledgeable. After some online research I was afraid that bluetooth features of the ca around a lot. Never felt any pressure and the staff was very knowledgeable. After some online research I was afraid that bluetooth features of the car would not work for what I wanted to do, they let me sit in the car for 20 minutes just messing with the connections and trying out the features, answering questions along the way. I had another dealer (not subaru) tell me that I couldn't pair my phone with the cars bluetooth until iI had bought it, so it was nice that Cityside helped me out in this regard. I ordered my car with an expected delivery 6-8 weeks, but they got one in 3 and added my options at the dealership. Got a great price and never felt like they were hiding anything; very upfront about doc fees and other costs. More

I needed a new car relatively quickly and I knew what I wanted. In all my years, I have never met a car salesperson who was more knowledgeable about product, honest, patient, and helpful - than Peter. I feel I got a good deal -for a Subaru - and Peter was quite upfront about the fact that Subarus come with a price premium vis-a-vis the competition and that there is less to cut out of the price. He never denigrated the competing brands -we only discussed why I might want a Subaru. Indeed since I drive upwards of 20,000 miles a year in the northeast in all kinds of weather, the Legacy was my best choice. I fact checked everything he said and it was interdependently verifiable, no hype. He gave me a lot of time, was very patient, never pushy, and played no games whatsoever Everyone else at the dealership who I dealt with was helpful, went out of their way to make the deal happen on my terms, and behaved in a thoroughly honest way More
