Cityside Subaru

I was looking for a 2011 Subaru WRX and researched the vehicle and price quotes from Mass.,RI, and New Hampshire. Cityside had by far the best price quote. I went there after work and met Peter and a deal was struck within 20 minutes. That is including intial meeting and general conversation which was quite interesting. Peter made me feel relaxed and at ease. Thanks also go to Rob Krasow who I had intial dialogue via e-mail on the vehicles at Cityside. Car was ready to go 2 days later. I could have got it the next day but I had to work. The finance person, I think his name is Don was great also. I was in and out in 2 hours. An easy buying experience. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Subaru. Thank you guys for my car. More

Quite a bad experience. Do not recommend to anyone. There are better dealers in the area. Bad on the pricing, and very poor on the customer service--they told me to come in because they had a car waiting are better dealers in the area. The employee I worked with was very helpful and patient as my wife and I went through our decision making process. He also followed through all unfinished steps after I made my payment. Of course, I haven't yet experienced follow up service on the car, nor have I had to deal with possible problems (warranty issues,etc) that may come up, so I can't comment on the future. But, if the employee's attitude is any indication, I expect my experiences with Cityside will be very positive. Regarding price. The car was listed at the low end of the Kelly Book rating. And it does seem to be in excellent shape. However, I am NOT any kind of "savy" car buyer, so whether or not the price was good/bad/neutral is beyond my ability to judge. Asking me to log-in/create-account, etc. to yet another site is most irritating. Otherwise this has been a positive experience. More

This is the third Forester we have purchased from CitySide Subaru and I’m sure it won’t be the last. My wife and I just purchased a 2011 Forester with the help of John Melvin. I grudgingly traded in CitySide Subaru and I’m sure it won’t be the last. My wife and I just purchased a 2011 Forester with the help of John Melvin. I grudgingly traded in my 2007 manual transmission Forester for this new car... I sort of get attached to my cars, but it made sense for us to trade it in for an automatic transmission car, which would better accommodate the rest of the family. We liked the Impreza, but wanted the Forester to be able to cart stuff around, when needed. Once again, my experience with CitySide has been very positive. John was knowledgeable and patient with us, while we decided on the car and features that would best meet our needs. It took a while for us to figure it out. We were looking for a safe, reliable all-wheel drive car with Lumbar support (adjustable seat for the driver). We were also looking for excellent maintenance/service, which we have grown accustomed to, since our first purchase in 1999 – we still have that Forester, BTW. Thanks to Dan the Sales Manager for answering a host of questions! I recommend CitySide with no reservations! And, I appreciate their follow-up support to make sure everything is working and that we are happy with our new car, which we are. More
