I just bought my third-in-a-row Subaru from this dealership. Years ago I used to commute 120-220 miles per day (from Cambridge MA to Nashua NH and back; often by way of Marlborough MA). I traded dealership. Years ago I used to commute 120-220 miles per day (from Cambridge MA to Nashua NH and back; often by way of Marlborough MA). I traded cars every year (buying the new model every October) and grew to really hate it. I then switched to working from home and using my car only for shopping and joy rides. My yearly mileage dropped from 40,000+ to less than 5,000. But I enjoy driving, and what little driving I do, I want to be an enjoyable experience. I got my first Subaru (a Legacy) based on Consumer Reports' recommendation that it's a "fun to drive" car. They were right. I also found out that Subaru's AWD lets me go at times and places when everybody else is stuck in the snow. And as little as I do drive (the car often stays unused for days at a time), I have never had my car fail to start when I turn the ignition key. Also, never a breakdown or need for serious repair. After a number of years, it would be time to switch. I replaced the Legacy with a Forester XT, and now the XT with an Impreza WRX. All three cars were purchased at CitySide Subaru, and serviced by CitySide's Service Dept. There isn't really much I want or need to say in describing my CitySide experience. I may not be a high-mileage driver, but I'm certainly not an idiot. Had my CitySide experience with my first Subaru not been agreeable, do you really think that I would have gone back for a second and then a third purchase? That's why I started this review by stating that I've just bought my third car from them. Remember, in years past I used to buy a new car every year, so I believe myself to have much more car-buying experience than most people. I have experienced all sorts of car dealerships, so I believe I know what I'm talking about. Take my word, this dealership is as good as they come. In all respects. I would recommend this dealership to a friend without reservation. I knew exactly what I wanted. I phoned to ask about availability and they said they could get it.
