Cityside knew what paperwork I needed to secure registration, plates, and insurance prior to my making the journey to Belmont and those documents were exchanged via overnight shipping with Cityside providing pre-paid return shipping envelops. Knowing that I was taking a train to pick-up the vehicle, Cityside (Peter) knocked-off an additional $100 from the sale price without provocation. I was greeted at the train station and brought to the dealer. As a favor, I asked if they could have one of their service technicians install an electronic option I brought with me and this was granted without hesitation. We reviewed functionality of the vehicle, entered my home address into the navigation system and I was on my way home in my new car in two hours. Flawless. If you are geographically situated to purchase a Subaru from Cityside, I highly recommend it. I'm not compelled to describe the "purchase price" because it was uneventful - I did my research and the price I presented was honored - less the $100 for the train fare! Thank You Cityside! More

He was very patient with me: he answered all my questions, was quick to get an answer if he did not know, and and accompanied me on several quickly. I'm writing this review of Michael Nelson and Cityside Subaru even though I didn't buy a car from them. I was looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and when the car came up somewhere else in my price Subaru even though I didn't buy a car from them. The customer service, attention that I received, and sales manner was straight forward, and honest. Michael listened to what I was looking for and really helped me out a lot looking at various cars and helping me narrow into a vehicle that would be best for me and my family. Although I bought a car from another dealership I wish I had bought it from Cityside Subaru because they customer service was excellent. Go and see MIchael now. More

Actually enjoyed the process of buying a car at CitySide. Mark went to some trouble to get information for us and Don made the financial transtion seamless. The salesman (Peter) went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and valued as customers. We were able to take the vehicles out for lengthy test drives. Peter went to great lengths to explain the strengths and shortcomings of each vehicle, and when we had chosen a model, told us in great detail about how to use all of the vehicles features. Overall I had a great experience. John worked with my budget and helped me find a car that I could afford. The only negative would be the extra wait time. I ended up at Cityside because another dealer was not able to find the car I wanted. Cityside said they could find the car and did so in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately for the buying public the purchase of a car has become an unhappy challenge of pushy sales people and pressure from sales managers. This was at no time the case for me. I'm 58 years old and have bought a few vehicles over the years. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I will send my friends and family. More
