When I decided that a 2011 Subaru Impreza was the right car for me, I corresponded online with a LOT of dealerships in and around the Boston area. The internet sales manager provided me with a quote via email and our online correspondence was always professional, courteous, and helpful. When I finally visited CitySide, it felt like a completely different experience right away. I worked with Mark Lidano who treated me more like a family friend than a customer. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, took the time to explain each step of the process, and answered all my questions carefully, honestly, and thoroughly. The negotiation process went smoothly and I felt respected and valued throughout my time there. My car was ready exactly when I wanted to pick it up - and I am loving it! Mark has gone above and beyond since the purchase, checking in with me weekly via phone and email to make sure things are going well and to answer any follow up questions. He even sent a handwritten thank you note after the purchase - these little touches go a long way! I will continue to take advantage of all the services they offer to maintain my new Impreza also - so they made me a customer for life. I was looking to purchase a Subaru WRX STI and have been to 3 dealers and Cityside Subaru stood out against the rest. At this point in time we were not talking about any numbers about the car unlike other dealers if you know what im talking about. They want you to be satisfied with the car that you are purchasing. Really no pressure selling here and no drama here either in buying a car very easy people to deal with. To cut the long story short i got the car that i want color/trim and price ( they have a ton of STI in stock i was literally drooling when i saw them ), they gave me the best price for my trade, the best best rate for financing and the best part i got the car the same day. Was in heaven driving my new baby home. I was there for a total of 5 hours only. To sum up my experience with them, 2 words Delighted Customer. Thank you guys. More
