I sent an email to Cityside Subaru in Belmont, MA asking to test drive a 2011 Subaru Outback. I received an email back from Glen Dalton asking me when I would like to come in. I was considering a new purchase and visited Cityside last Friday (after 12 years and 100K+ miles of my Forester L which was still running well). I was met with a very helpful, friendly, and not pushy sales person. I took a new Forester for a ride - loved it. Brought my family back. They loved it too. Cityside staff took great care of me - and respected my offer. And today I picked up my new car. All in less than a week. Excellent. This is my second purchase from CitySide and I don't think I will ever go anywhere else (for purchase or service). More
