We have had our 2005 Impreza serviced at Cityside for some time & were always impressed with the service. When the time came to purchase again, they were a logical choice. During my initial visit I advised Mark that my spouse & I were "sold" on Subaru's, but could not decide between the Forester and the Outback. I was able to test drive both models without any hassle. Mark did a great job of objectively educating me about the virtues of both. Some time passed and my wife eventually also test drove both models. Mark continued the education process and patiently answered all our questions. We decided on a Forester and the specific equipment/options and color we wanted at which point Mark gave us an MSRP for the vehicle and asked us to respond in a day or 2 with our price. We came back with an aggressive but fair price which was accepted. Two days later we drove off the lot as very happy and satisfied owners. All the Cityside personnel were exceptionally friendly and professional and treated us as valued customers. More
I was in the market for a new Subaru and started my search at Clay Subaru because they are closer to my house. What a bad idea that was. Poor service and terrible sales person by the name of Joe Rizzo. He treated me like I was not going to buy a vehicle. They answered my questions with one word dead end answers. So I took my buisness to City Side Subaru. What a diffrence in service. I was greated with respect as soon as I walked through the door. John Melvin was my sales person. He made me feel like there was no presure to buy. He gave me the keys to test drive the vehicle that I wanted with no strings attached. He was even able to negotiate the price to get my monthly payments to where I needed them to be. The great service continued even after the sale. John called me two weeks later to make sure the vehicle was still treating me well. He even hand wrote me a thank you card that he sent in the mail to me. I will go back to City Side Subaru in the future to buy another Subaru. More

All details and prep work for the sale and delivery of the new car were completed on our time schedule. The sales team was friendly and helpful during every step of the process. A few days after taking delivery we received an after-the-sale followup phone call from John to confirm our customer satisfaction. The written note of thanks sent by John was also appreciated. More

The price we negotiated was more than fair. I was scheduled to pick up my car at 5:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. It happened to be the same day as a blizzard hit our area. They made it possible for me to pick up the car four hours earlier. A rating of "5" doesn't seem adequate. I will definitely recommend Cityside Subaru to all my friends and family members. More
