I felt absolutely no pressure from the dealership which I appreciated. I wanted to make sure the vehicle was going to be right for me. They really made the process very simple and straightforward for me. Which was really nice considering this was the first new car I've ever purchased! I would definitely buy from here again! More

The relaxed casualness of the staff made the entire interaction enjoyable. This is my sixth new car purchase over the past 25 years (third Subaru purchase)and the only one I can honestly say that was enjoyable. No pressure, no hidden fees, no surprises, no car saleperson stereotypes. When it comes time to buy another Subaru, Cityside will be my first and probably only stop. More

The dealer listened carefully to what I was looking for and was able to make some very good recommendations (on what I both did and didn't need in my car). Customer service was excellent and everyone I came into contact with was extremely accommodating. Any queries by phone or email were always replied to very quickly and once I had made a decision on which car to buy, all the necessary paperwork and due process was handled with minimum fuss and in minimum time. I would highly recommend these guys! More
I was pointed to CitySide by Consumer Reports Pricing Service when I was looking to replace my 2001 Forester (bought new in 2000) with another Subaru. Having done my homework, I expected a less than ideal experience with a city dealer. However, I can honestly say that every step in the process of dealing with Mike and Don was easy, pleasant and NO PRESSURE. They were committed to the price reported through Consumer Reports's pricing service and, even when doing their jobs by pitching everything from simonizing to service plans, they were never exerting pressure, consistently respectful of our right to say no (and they UNDERSTOOD no when they heard it), and always helpful. This makes my second new car purchase in 10 years, both times I bought a new Forester, and it also makes for my second EASY, PLEASANT AND EXCELLENT car buying experience. Because of the quality of the service, for the first time we are actually going to use a dealership for all our maintenance and servicing. Thanks to all at CitySide and definitely go there if you're in the market for a Subaru. More
I traded in a Subaru that I bought at CitySide 10 years ago. Service at the dealership has always been great--not a long waiting period and the technicians know what they are doing. I was dreading the car buying experience, but instead found Mark and Alan Lappas, the business manager, both to be thoughtful, knowledgable and respectful.
