I am sorry I don't remember the man's name behind the Cityside service counter, but he immediately calmed me after a few rough car days. I took my 10 year old Subaru to two or three places close to work, to find out what the knocking noise was on the bottom of my car plus why the runner lights would not turn off. You would not believe all the explanations I got. I got frustrated with the other places not hearing the knocking (maybe too much loud music in their youth), as it was very loud to me. These other people were very nice, but just did not seem to be able to figure out the problems. Of course, they did not charge me or try to take advantage. But I needed the car fixed. So I went back to Cityside. This Cityside gentleman figured the light problem in a nano second. They fixed the knocking noise in 30 min (another place had replaced my broken Axle, and put something on backwards which caused the noise), while I waited in their comfortable showroom with the day's Globe. So I went from thinking this was going to cost over $1000, to walking out with a $52 bill! Maybe they saw me clicking my heels in the parking lot. I have been to Cityside before and was always happy with my service. I told the serviceman I will never take my Subaru anywhere else, even if I have to go a greater distance than places closer to work. More

Our experience with Cityside Subaru was a very pleasant one. Alex saw us looking at Foresters and let us know he was around to answer any questions without badgering us. Alex had a lot of good things to say about the Forester, but was also honest in giving us the pros and cons between that car and the other ones we were considering. Obviously we liked the car enough to buy it, and Alex was also reasonable when it came to the price. When we went to pick up the car, Alex explained every detail of the materials we were getting so we would know where to look if we had any trouble. He called the following week as well to make sure everything we going well. We had heard great things about this dealership before, and they came through. Also, they have a $300 discount for WBUR members. More

Even when we did run into an issue the whole dealership went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied. i.e. The day we were to pick up the car, there was an issue with the state DMV so they couldn't get us the new plates. But the very next day Mark personally delivered the car to my office, just in time for our road trip vacation! I would recommend buying a Subaru from Mark at City Side to anyone and everyone looking for a great AWD car. More
