Going in to Cityside Subaru is always a refreshing pleasure compared to ALL my experiences at dealership service centers in the past. The intake crew for service arrivals is quick and easy. Then there's a comfortable seating area with coffee, flat screen t.v., comfortable chairs, and a work-area for laptops. They always call my name almost TOO QUICKLY to tell me my repair is done. In times I have had to leave my car for the day, they have a great drop-off/pick-up service to Alewife T-station. And in the one case where my repair wasn't completed by the end of the day, they speedily got me set up with a loaner for the night. Awesome customer service. Well worth the price of going to the dealership for repairs. More

We went to Cityside because we had done research and the Forester was the car for us, we had been told that the service at this dealership was the best in the Boston area. When we went to pick up the new car it had been damaged in the parking lot, we decided to leave the car and have it repaired and delivered to us, which was done within 36 hours. What could have turned out to be a lasting bad impression was avoided by the "let us take care of that immediately" attitude. More

During this process w were continually finding salespeople who couldn't answer questions or who insisted on applying pressure tactics when we made it quite clear that we were in the stages of looking at various vehicles and trying to find out as much as possible, including price. It was a long and frustrating process at most dealers. At Cityside Subaru the salesman was intelligent, polite, personable and willing to take time to explain all of the vehicle features and answer all of our comparative questions - without any pressure. We were clearly impressed with the salesman and we were equally impressed when we spotted a problem with the body of the vehicle, which had been damaged in the dealer parking lot. It was repaired and personally delivered to us the next day. We are more than pleased with the clear information, price quotes and the forthcoming nature of our salesman. More
