Terrific service dept. no pressure, friendly, knowledgable, courteous staff. The absolute best waiting area. This is my first Subaru and decided to have it serviced at the dealer. I bought it at a different dealership and had it serviced three times before going to Cityside Subaru, not because of any problems but because of convenience to home. The customer experience however is like night and day. I guess I didn't realize how good waiting could be with access to TV, reading material, internet connection. Before I knew it my car was ready...........and I wasn't. I highly recommend having your Subaru serviced at Cityside, it's an experience not found at most dealerships. More

I've gone to Cityside since they were in Arlington. My Outback is 8 years old and running well. The guys at Cityside are nice, efficient and they put up with ill-behaved customers all day long it seems. Outback is 8 years old and running well. The employees at Cityside are always courteous, take the time to explain what the problem is and how they intend to address it, and they tell you up front what the charges will be. I have never felt that they are pushing to do more work than what is necessary, as has been my experience at other dealers. I brought my Outback in recently because I thought I heard a grinding noise coming from one of the brakes. They examined it and found no problems, told me that there was ample pad depth left for another 10,000 miles and didn't charge me anything. They have a small but sufficient waiting room with TV and another area where you can set up your laptop and have free Keurig coffee. Not the Taj Mahal, but very nice, always clean. We bought our car here, as well, and got the best deal around. We like it so much that we drive to Belmont from Milton to get the car serviced. I would highly recommend this dealership (and have!) Going in to Cityside Subaru is always a refreshing pleasure compared to ALL my experiences at dealership service centers in the past. The pricing, I have to admit, is so good because I have the comprehensive, extended warranty on my Subaru - which is unparalleled in how much it covers... so I'm always pleased when even minor repairs are covered! The intake crew for service arrivals is quick and easy. Then there's a comfortable seating area with coffee, flat screen t.v., comfortable chairs, and a work-area for laptops. They always call my name almost TOO QUICKLY to tell me my repair is done. In times I have had to leave my car for the day, they have a great drop-off/pick-up service to Alewife T-station. And in the one case where my repair wasn't completed by the end of the day, they speedily got me set up with a loaner for the night. Awesome customer service. Well worth the price of going to the dealership for repairs. More

We went to Cityside because we had done research and the Forester was the car for us, we had been told that the service at this dealership was the best in the Boston area. When we went to pick up the new car it had been damaged in the parking lot, we decided to leave the car and have it repaired and delivered to us, which was done within 36 hours. What could have turned out to be a lasting bad impression was avoided by the "let us take care of that immediately" attitude. More

So kinda and professional that I would take time to write this! Not pushy, not sketchy....not like other dealers! Will definitely use Cityside Subaru for all future maintenance and Subaru purchases.
