I originally received an email about lease end options. I called the dealership and was setup with a VIP appointment. Once I arrived the receptionist was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Then I was introduced to Stefany G., she sat down with me and went over all my options. She was very professional and knowledgeable, when I asked a question she didn’t know she went and got an answer right away. Once presented with the options I had no pressure to make a choice. In fact I took 24 hours to think about it. Once I thought about it I reached back out to Stefany and scheduled a follow up appointment. She structured a deal to buy out my lease and it ended up saving me money each month. The best part of the interaction was the low pressure and patience she had with me during the process. Once I picked a deal she walked me to finance. When done with finance she walked me to the car and thanked me for my business. Kudos to Claremont Toyota team. More
