A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

The advisor was kind an courteous when I brought in the vehicle for a diagnostic. 1. I was never informed my vehicle would have to be kept overnight. 2. I was never told how much it would cost to fix t vehicle for a diagnostic. 1. I was never informed my vehicle would have to be kept overnight. 2. I was told to drop my car off the night before and receive a rental. Upon arrival I was told by a woman that rentals were not provided to just anyone (whatever that meant). After waiting 20 min to spe receive a rental. Upon arrival I was told by a woman that rentals were not provided to just anyone (whatever that meant). After waiting 20 min to speak to a mgr I he told me to come back in the a.m. and a rental would be ready. The mgr said it would be no more than 20 min. I show up the following day and no one knew anything. It took me an hour and a half to get a rental which made me super late to work. My car had a recall repair which was to take about 3 hours. I was told I'd receive a call once my car was ready. My app was at 10:30, 6p.m. and I hadn't received a call text etc in regards to my car being ready. More
