A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

I made an appointment for Monday May 3, 2021 at 10:45am for a simple oil change. I arrived to a line of vehicles. When I met with the representative, Candace Harrington, I stated that I would be waiting th for a simple oil change. I arrived to a line of vehicles. When I met with the representative, Candace Harrington, I stated that I would be waiting there for my vehicle. She wrote it on my paperwork to the technician. After 2 and a half hours passed and I had not been contacted or updated regarding my vehicle, I texted the number provided and inquired about the status. I received a response in ten minutes that my vehicle was ready. It took another ten minutes to receive my vehicle. When I got in my vehicle, all the windows were opened completely and it was very hot in my vehicle. This told me my vehicle had been sitting in the hot sun all this time and they had not started on my vehicle until I texted Candace. It seemed they forgot about me and the fact I had been waiting. Very poor service. More
