This bad rating is for the service MANAGER. They refused to warranty an 8 month old car. The inside trunk door has a crack from the door closing. We don't even know when it happened. We just no They refused to warranty an 8 month old car. The inside trunk door has a crack from the door closing. We don't even know when it happened. We just noticed a big crack. The manager refused to warranty it out saying it was an outside cause. If the plastic on the trunk can crack just from the motion of everyday use of the trunk, then obviously there is a defect with the plastic. Manager refused to order a replacement piece and didn't even bother to ask if we still wanted it replaced whether it was covered or not.. no option to pay to replace it either. The service rep did what he could to help, but the MANAGER was no help. Called into customer service, nothing done. Update: As always, Scott along with Marisela and the GM have made it right. Thank you for stepping up so I could give the rating that I usually do, 5 stars. You actually heard me out, went above and beyond to get it taken care of. This is the reason I have always trusted Claremont Service center to service all of my vehicles and you put that faith back into the service center. I'm happy to be able to continue to come in. Can't thank you enough! More
