Dropped truck off at 2:15pm, with a 2:30 appointment. About 4 hours later, I get a call saying that they had only done the oil change. Said there were some other issues, but wanted to know if I still wan About 4 hours later, I get a call saying that they had only done the oil change. I said yes. 45 minutes later, I was told they couldn’t finish the job and would have to do it in the morning. Was not happy with that because I had rented a dump trailer for the following day for some demo work I was doing. Told them I needed my truck as early as possible the next day. 9am rolls around and no call. I had to call to check the status. Said they would check and call me back. Five minutes later, got a call saying that it was done. WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL? How much longer would I have waited if I didn’t call you. So now I’m behind schedule with my work. Couldn’t complete the job the same day, so I had to extend the rental for the next day. Which cost me money that it shouldn’t have. I just don’t understand why you set appointments and then take almost 4 hours for an oil change. Your delay in doing the job I paid you for, cost me more money to finish my work over the weekend. More

The rats ate my electrical system, and Olive and your Service Mgr worked with me in securing my insurance coverage an informed. I highly recommend. It's an older truck (2004) and it looked brand new when I got it back. It had been detailed and the engine looked brand new. I am very satisfied with the help I got. Olive was always available and on top of things. When it took forever to get the electrical harness from Japan (or wherever), Toyota got me a rental for a couple of days, which really helped me out. More
