Customer service is fantastic so nice & friendly told 3hr wait which was false Waited literally 5 hrs with my poor daughter. I had to call for an update before my phone died. Comes to find out my car was sit wait which was false Waited literally 5 hrs with my poor daughter. I had to call for an update before my phone died. Mediocre service overall. Has big lounge with free drinks if you are a waiter like me. Maintenance service job is acceptable meaning its not bad and its not something to write about, just acceptable, but the if you are a waiter like me. Oh btw, be sure to clarify to the service advisor/writer what service you are going in for because I went there for a 20k service and she even asked me for the mileage of my car which is 20,700+ only to find out after waiting for 2hrs 45mins that she did 15k service(tire rotation only)! Freaking annoying! I had to go back again for the 20k which is BIG HASSLE on my part. The customer service/brand relations whatever reached to me and told me they will get back to me tomorrow, which is upto today that tomorrow never came. Seems like they are short-staffed thats why some services is suffering like when I tried claiming a warranty for a water leak but they wanted me to leave the car because the person assigned to do the checking/report is still has his hands full from other work. And just leave it without option of giving me a loaner car, where if the car has no issue in the first place then I dont have to claim a warranty, right? Toyota corporate says different from what dealers says, annoying. If you are near the place, and you want free drinks on a spacious lounge, and just doing a regular maintenance job and doest care to wait for 2.5-3hrs atleast even with appointment, then you can use this dealership. They did not finish the recalls that needed to be done.
