Service technicians do not appear to be trained properly. Easy to call and make an appointment by phone. Received the 10,000 service & I had an issue with my gas gauge on my new RavHybrid. Part was not in stock, and they weren't able to give an eta. Not a surpris the 10,000 service & I had an issue with my gas gauge on my new RavHybrid. Part was not in stock, and they weren't able to give an eta. Not a surprise because of shortage and shipping issues going on everywhere. Claremont Toyota has a great crew and really seem to want to provide excellent customer service. More
