First of all. I had to wait for my car for more than 5 hrs to get an oil changes. Second, I bought a package for oil change and tires rotation months ago. I still had two more oil changes that’s was inclu hrs to get an oil changes. Second, I bought a package for oil change and tires rotation months ago. I still had two more oil changes that’s was included in the package and when I got to the dealer they told me I had yo pay $132 for lol change becouse I went a little bit over the mileage. I was really disappointed because almost $200 went to waste. Beyond disappointed More

I was beyond disappointed on my last visit. I had to wait for 5 hrs to get an oil change even though I had a appointment. Also months ago I bough oil change and rotation package for almos $400. For my surpri for 5 hrs to get an oil change even though I had a appointment. Also months ago I bough oil change and rotation package for almos $400. For my surprise when I got to the dealer the agent told me I could no longer used the two oil change I had left because I went a little bit over the mileage. It was truly disappointing to pay an extra $133 dollars when I had so much expenses taking care of my mother hospital bills. More
